Beach Blanket Babylon

We have reserved bus transportation and tickets for the 2 PM show on Sunday, September 1^st.  We will meet at Cubberley at 10:00 AM to allow time for a pre-show lunch/brunch at Original Joe’s, which is just a short walk from the theater.

We confirmed with the ticket office that the show’s content does NOT change between Sundays and other days.  The only difference for the Sunday show is that alcohol is not served.  To verify, you can review the show information yourself at www.beachblanketbabylon.com/faqs/ .

The bus has space for up to 27 people.  The minimum number of signups to make this happen is 15.

We will require payment when you RSVP.  Cost per person is $95 which includes $65 for the show and $30 for the bus.  Lunch will be paid individually, so bring extra cash!

Please RSVP as soon as possible to secure your spot!  This is going to be a popular trip and we will have to stop accepting RSVP’s when we have 27 participants signed up.  Your payment is non-refundable but is transferable, in case you are not able to go.  We will have a wait list so that if you sign up too late and someone cancels, we can transfer their spot to you. 

Some Villagers have asked if they can bring a guest; Village members have priority, but if extra space is available, one guest per member is welcome to join for an additional $10.00 (total cost for guest = $105.00).

11:30-1:30 – Lunch at Original Joe’s (3-min walk from theater)

2:00-3:30 – Show (90 minutes, no intermission)

4:00-5:00 – Back to Cubberley

$95.00 per person (includes show ticket and bus transportation), non-refundable but transferable

$15-25 for lunch/brunch (paid individually, please bring cash)
