Theo of Golden is a 2023 novel by Allen Levi about a mysterious, kind-hearted older man named Theo who moves to the fictional southern city of Golden, Georgia, and anonymously buys pencil portraits from a local coffee shop to return to their subjects, sparking stories, friendships, and a ripple effect of generosity.
This is a DROP-IN BOOK CLUB, Village members can come to any meeting. There are no dues, no requirement to participate. We hope those interested in joining will read the book beforehand and be ready to engage in a lively discussion. Each meeting will be moderated by one of the members.
