Here's the message from Jacques & Mary Fossourier who lead us this Wednesday, Jacques’ walk will take place around Shoup Park and University Avenue in historic Los Altos.  Mary will be the sweep. We will start from the Shoup Park parking lot at 400 University Avenue, Los Altos. Use the very first parking lot on the right side as you enter the park. We will go through Shoup Park along Adobe Creek bed and branch off into the Redwood Grove Nature Preserve. We will continue onto University Ave and adjacent streets. We will stop in front of the original home of Paul Shoup, the founder of Los Altos. We will continue onto Lincoln Park before returning to Shoup Park. It is around 2 miles with both paved and irregular surface dirt paths.

Village Walkers, a Village Members only group, take turns leading walks in local neighborhoods or areas of interest. A longer and shorter walk are usually planned for the route to accommodate differing needs.
